The William Burroughs Of The Jockosphere

Today, we got another update from Kyle Harrison, the William Burroughs of the Jockosphere. (Affectionately nicknamed for posting blog entries which are about as dense and disorienting as an excerpt from Naked Lunch.)

I got deep tissue work on my body on Tuesday and that was PAINFUL!!! Apparently, my back and my abs have all kinds of problems, so as she beat up those parts of my body and worked out at that tissue, my hamstring started loosening up, it was bizarre.

On the subject of deep tissue massage:

I checked out that movie The Proposal last night, and I actually enjoyed it. I've always been a Ryan Reynolds fan, so I had every intention of checking that movie out for awhile. I definitely enjoyed it. I by no means think it's the best movie I've seen in awhile, but a great way to spend a few hours nonetheless.

Speaking of recent movie releases:

I read an article about Landon Donovan blasting David Beckam in his new book and I was very disappointed to hear that. Not that I'm terribly informed about their relationship, but I'm a firm believer you NEVER publicly throw a teammate under the bus. If you've got a problem with someone, thats fine, we've all been there, but deal with it in private, not in a book knowing EVERYONE is going to read it. Just was a bit disappointed at how Landon chose to handle that situation.

And furthermore:

I picked up a new watch a few days ago that I really like! The Nixon Rubber Player in purple. Pretty hot watch, check it out if you get the chance.

While we're talking about accessories:

My Denver boys have a HUGE one this weekend against Boston in Denver on the 4th! It's going to be a huge game for the league and a huge game for our season.

Oh, and about the season:

To you Hip Hop fans out there, who has had the best verse so far this year? I've got to give it to Drake on I'm Going in. For some reason I absolutely love that verse.
