Chad Ochocinco Drops Twitter Page

The NFL tackled Twitter this week, banning its use by players 90 minutes before a game through its conclusion.

Back in July, Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chad Ochocinco made it clear that no such rule would be stopping him from tweeting mid-game:

I am going by my own set of rules. I ain't hurting nobody or getting in trouble, I am putting my foot down!!

God said to honor thy mother and thy father, no where in the ten commandments does it say NFL!!

On Friday, the star wideouts’ page read a bit differently:

Due to the many rules the NFL has made I've found it difficult to enjoy Twitter and I'll be deleting my account :(

I thank and love you all for following, hope you enjoyed getting to know the real me: Esteban out

NFL: uno, Ochocinco: cero.
